If it did, then most likely your not going to be able to change it. If its disk 0 then turn off the computer, plug in the first sata drive, boot up the system, see if the order has changed. Check disk management to see what disk # it is. Unplug the sata drives, so only the m.2 is in place, boot into windows. But try this, its long shot but it might work. Sata Ports take priority believe it or not.
